Hours after the Enforcement Directorate (ED) is conducted raids at multiple locations of Directors of the Viva Group in Vasai -Virar, Palghar in connection with the PMC bank scam case, the agency has arrested two top officials of Viva Home Finance Ltd.

The ED on Friday conducted raids at five locations in office premises, residences of Directors of the Viva Group in Vasai -Virar, Palghar in connection with the PMC bank scam case.

Earlier this month India Today TV had reported that ED during the investigation had found that funds worth hundreds of crores were transferred from HDIL and its subsidiary companies to the Viva Group trust and companies.

Viva Trust and its group companies are run and controlled by family members of Underworld don Bhai Thakur whose real name is Jayendra Thakur.
